Return & Refund Policy

We sincerely apologize for any dissatisfaction caused by our product. In order to facilitate the smooth processing of exchange/return requests, we kindly request your patience and understanding as we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction.

Following the Sunnah, our return policy allows for returns of any unsatisfactory perfumes. Please note that it may take approximately 4-5 working days to process your request.

You may initiate returns/exchanges within 15 days of purchase, with the condition that the perfumes have at least 90% of the product remaining in the bottle.

We regret to inform you that samples/tester bottles are not eligible for return or exchange.

Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your cooperation.
